Our Guarantee:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your furniture, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund, including shipping costs. Our furniture is guaranteed against failure of workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the original owner. Any failure that is not due to abuse or misuse we will repair or replace at no charge to you.

Ordering:

Please fill out the information on this form or give us a call at 800 972-5940 to place your order. We will respond with a quote for the total amount, including shipping, and an estimated delivery date. A 50% deposit will be required for us to begin your furniture.

Shipping:

Your furniture will be bubble wrapped at our shop under our supervision, then blanket wrapped for placement on the truck. Shipping cost appears on your invoice with no markup.

Delivery:

You will receive a call from the shipping company a few days in advance to schedule a time and day for delivery. The delivery team will carefully place your new furniture wherever you want it and remove all packing materials. No payment will be required at the time of delivery.

Your new furniture is fully insured during shipping. Please inspect it closely when it arrives. While we are extremely careful to make sure your furniture has been well-wrapped, damage can still sometimes occur during shipping. Should you discover any damage to a piece of furniture, please note this on the bill of lading or refuse to accept that piece altogether. If at all possible, please call us while the delivery team is still at your location so that we might help you decide how to proceed. We are fully committed to your satisfaction.
